Who is apex power?

Adrian J long

Adrian J Long is the sole owner/coach/and personal trainer for Apex Power. Adrian has 8 years of competitive experience in powerlifting, being fortunate enough to have been featured on ESPN back in 2020 for Beasts Of The bench, and over 6 years experience of formal coaching/personal training. Adrian is a US Army veteran, and possesses a competitive and instructing/coaching background in Army Combatives, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling.

One on one personal training

If you are local to South Bend or the Northwest Indiana area you have the option of in person training which includes individualized programming and on the spot guidance to help you reach your goals faster and more efficiently. Travel options are also up for discussion if a client needs the trainer to come to their location.

Nutrition Guidance

For clients that are looking to take the guess work out of their nutrition, Apex Power offers daily macro nutrient calculation with weekly check-ins and feedback included.

Online coaching and programming

For those looking for a more self sufficient approach to their fitness, the online programming or coaching option may be for you! With this option clients will be sent a document with their months programming which is updated weekly. Clients will also be able to keep in contact with their coach for timely feedback, form check, and video review if desired.

Competition Preperation

Apex Power covers a broad range of sports, from the local Power lifter to collegiate and high school level athletes. Actively competing clients will be given sport specific personalized programming to assess and strengthen the aspects of the game one is looking to improve upon. Along with training, some clients also have the option of having their strength coach at their side if needed for their events.

1 day a week-$50 per hour long session

2 days a week- $40 per hour long session

3-4 days a week- $35 per hour long session

5+ days a week- $30 per hour long session

Online Coaching/Programming

$120-$150 per month
